Oven Roasted Crispy Mushrooms

It's SIMPLE.


  • Preheat oven to 425° tear mushrooms up, drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper.

  • Place mushrooms on parchment paper, then transfer to your preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes depending on desired crispness.

THAT'S IT.


Enjoy then as is with a dip (example ranch) or add to any already existing meal (adds a little flavour and crispness)

We love them with pasta, as chips & dip, with eggs, and on burgers!

This is my favorite way to eat mushrooms! Even my youngest picky eater asks for crispy mushrooms! Delicious!
