Oven Roasted Crispy Mushrooms

It's SIMPLE.
Preheat oven to 425° tear mushrooms up, drizzle olive oil, salt and pepper.
Place mushrooms on parchment paper, then transfer to your preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes depending on desired crispness.
THAT'S IT.
Enjoy then as is with a dip (example ranch) or add to any already existing meal (adds a little flavour and crispness)
We love them with pasta, as chips & dip, with eggs, and on burgers!



This is my favorite way to eat mushrooms! Even my youngest picky eater asks for crispy mushrooms! Delicious!
