Soy Garlic Butter 'Pathfinder' Mushrooms

THE MUSHROOMS
Preheat pan. Med - high heat.
Cut mushrooms lengthwise and then score the mushroom on each side making an x pattern.
Place them in the pan with nothing else and sear for 2 to 3 minutes on each side (Releasing excess moisture)
Remove mushrooms from the pan add real butter.
Dust the mushrooms with kosher salt and place back in the pan sear on each side, 2 to 3 minutes until golden brown or until desired crispiness.
Remove from pan and let rest while you make the sauce.
SAUCE
Reduce heat to medium-low.
Add 2 to 3 tbsp of butter.
Your desired amount of garlic, 1 to 2 cloves, and about a teaspoon or 2 of soy sauce or tamari for gluten-free.
Pour over top of mushrooms and enjoy.
Eat them on there own like a mushroom steak. Add to a salad. Make tacos or sammiches or your favourite buddah bowl.
